Join the 2016 Fall Walk90 Challenge, using a simple online tool to track your steps and earn great prizes. The challenge runs 90 days – from October 1, 2016 (or whenever you start) to December 29, 2016. The goal is to take at least 7,000 steps a day – but each person can set a goal that works for them – higher or lower. All fitness levels are welcome.
